Remember everyone needs a break, and we'll soon be starting winter 'Base' training, aka, the general preparation phase, where the emphasis is on developing the foundations for all subsequent training into the new year. 📈

This is one of the best times to get a coach on board. Don't wait 3 months until the New Year. It takes 6-9 months to make real adaptions, and it's not the last 3 months of training that will see you smashing your new year goals. 💥
